The Surf and Turf Run
Meet at the Sandbar Scarborough Beach, 1 Scarborough Beach Road at 10am. Take the first exit on the roundabout at the beach end of SBR and there should be parking available in the bays.
After the mandatory coffee and chat, we’ll do a short run up along the coast to Hillarys before heading inland. We’ll meander through Wangara, Gnangara, Henley Brook and Millendon before taking a run up Red Hill on Toodyay Road.
Our destination for lunch will be the Chidlow Tavern, well know for its hosting of many a car day and for its knowledgeable proprietor who will be keen to have a chat and look after us for the time we’re there.
Its an easy run from the Tavern back to Great Eastern Hwy and from there back to your respective places of residence.
