Financial Data
The Club does not retain any financial data from EFT or online payments using a credit card.
The Club has made a conscious decision to not accept recurring payments, phone payments, or email payments, so as to avoid the necessity of obtaining and retaining financial data.
The online payments service provider is required to maintain transactional records for a prescribed period of time to comply with regulations including anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering laws.

Retention of Information
Whilst you are a member of the Club your data will be maintained in our members database.
When you cease to be a member your data will be archived and kept for a period of two years in compliance with our data retention requirements. After the expiry of two years we will extract and delete your archived data. There is no ability to recover information deleted.
How to access and correct your personal information
The Club will endeavor to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date.
The personal information we hold about you may be accessed, and updated by you, using the Club Membership Web Site portal.
If you wish the Club to correct the personal information we hold about you, you should make a request by contacting membership@wazregister.com and we will aim to respond respond within 14 days.
Deletion of Information
If you wish that your information be deleted you should make a request by contacting membership@wazregister.com, and we will aim to respond within 14 days.
Subject to compliance with data retention requirements, we will delete your information from all fields in the members database and then archive a blank record containing only a system generated identifier. There is no ability to recover information deleted.

Note we may require proof of your identity and full details of your request before we can process your complaint.
Please allow up to 14 days for the Club to respond to your complaint. It will not always be possible to resolve a complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.
