The Datsun 240Z & 260Z Register of WA is a "club" incorporated in Western Australia. The Datsun 240Z and 260Z Register of WA is often abbreviated and referred to as the WA Z Register.

Constitution
The club has adopted the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety Model Rules as its constitution. The Model Rules meet all the requirements of the Associations Incorporations Act 1987 and provide a suitable governance framework for an incorporated association.

The club is managed by a committee elected by members in accordance with the constitution.
