Hello Mid-Week Meander fans.
Because of the Spring Lunch outing to the Bolgart Hotel having to be cancelled let's try again mid-week!
Bolgart Hotel. https://www.bolgarthotel.com.au/ I’ve heard some very good reports about this country pub and I’m looking forward to the visit. I’m sure that we will have some fantastic spring weather to help us enjoy the country drive about 1.5 hours east of Perth on some pretty good roads. So, dust of the Zed or if it’s not quite ready for an outing, leave it home but make sure that you come along.
The details are: Meet in the car park of CenterPoint Midland at around 10am. There is a MuzzBuzz drive through coffee place in the middle of the western end of the car park. Corner of Great Eastern Hwy, William St and Victoria St Midland. We will leave at 10:30am to head to Bolgart, so if you need a chat and a coffee you might have to leave a little more time. Otherwise, grab a takeaway as we head east to our lunch destination. We will use Toodyay Rd to head east and it should take us about an hour and a half, at a very sensible pace. Enjoy a pub lunch then you can wend you way home the most direct or indirect way you like.
